Refund & Returns Policy

Need to return a product? No problem — just follow the steps below.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Partydelights.co.uk. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.

1. Returns Period

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not returned in a suitable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personalised or customised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Helium products (see below)

Helium Returns

If your return contains helium, please contact us first at:

We only accept helium returns in certain circumstances and prior approval is required.

3. How to Return an Item

Before sending your return, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, please return your parcel to:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or delivered late.

Please keep hold of your proof of postage in case anything happens to your parcel while in transit. We cannot be responsible for returns lost without proof of postage.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Refunds

We aim to review all returns within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your return reason is due to a late delivery, faulty item, or our error.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 working days from confirmation, please contact your bank or card provider first. If you still need assistance, email us at:

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Popular FAQs

Which items do we accept?

If you'd like to return your order, we will only accept items in a resalable condition, unless your items were faulty when you received them. By this, we mean that the item has to be in its original packaging with no signs of wear or damage.

Which items do we not accept?

We don't accept returns on confectionary, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-inflated balloons, pre-filled party bags, underwear, hosiery or wigs. Fancy dress costumes that include a wig can be returned, as long as the wig is unworn and the packaging seal is unbroken. Thanks for understanding!

How long do returns take?

The returns process usually takes up to 14 working days from the date you sent the package to us processing the return - this can be a little longer during busy seasonal periods, such as Halloween and Christmas. The information on your tracking link will update to let you know when we have received it.

Any refund that you are due will be automatically issued to your chosen payment method when you purchased the item and depending on your payment method issuer, this can take around 5 working days.
