Bubble balloons are made from stretchy plastic and give a more rounded look than foil balloons. This festive design features a champagne bottle and glass shape within the clear sphere outer balloon. It’s suitable for air or helium inflation but helium is recommended for best results. This balloon comes with ribbon pre-attached.
