Personalised terms & conditions
These terms and conditions cover the creation of personalised products by Party Delights Limited and should be read in addition to
(but not before) our standard terms and conditions.
Refunds are not available for personalised products with the following exceptions:
- Where the product is defective, in which case the product must be returned to us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Where the product has not been delivered by the date specified in the order confirmation email (online payments only).
- Where the product has not been delivered by the service date following receipt of an offline payment (cheque's etc.)
The shopper accepts full responsibility for the following:
- Uploading adequate quality images where applicable.
- Personalisation text entered, which will be printed as provided.
- Completing the online order form accurately.
