Made from plastic its been manufactured to give a cartoon wicker effect.  Toto is removable and made from soft polyester with long fur, he has a blue gingham ribbon around his neck to match Dorothy’s dress, black bead eyes, embroidered nose, pink sticky out tongue and soft ears  - Basket measures approx: 17cm wide and 22cm high including handle.
