My
Account
This is where we store your personal information
such as name, address, telephone number and email address along with your password
for the site; we do not retain credit card information. All your personnel
details are used only for Party Delights and will not be issued or sold to
3rd parties (see privacy policy).
Once you have created an account you can update it whenever you wish.
Typically you will only update your account if you move address or
change your email address.
Once your account is open (which takes immediate affect once your details have been entered) the next time you wish to purchase goods you only need to enter your email and password to process orders.

Basket
As you add items to the basket you
will be able to view the number of items and the value next to "You have" in the top right of the screen. If you wish
to update, delete, add or review your current basket please click
on the "My Basket" icon and follow the instructions.
The only cost to be added to your basket value is carriage(delivery) which will be confirmed at checkout stage.
Checkout
Once you are happy with the contents
of your shopping basket you can go to checkout.
At this stage you will be given an invoice number and will be
able to confirm your request for goods. A full breakdown of all
items chosen will be shown at the checkout stage along with a
carriage(delivery) charge.
You have the option of putting any special
requirements on your order confirmation. We will endeavour to meet
all requirements.
You may, if you wish, still cancel the order at this stage.
Payment
Online - Via Secure Server
The quickest way to process your order is via your credit or debit card. Our
online processing is done via a secure server.
Cheque
If you do not wish to pay via credit/debit
card we also accept cheques. Goods will be despatched after your
cheque has cleared. Please allow 3 - 5 working days.
