The costume is designed for the user to step into and inflate by unscrewing the lid of the fan, inserting into the hole at the back of the costume and re-screwing back into place. Once this is done, tighten drawstring fastenings to cuffs and ankles securely and turn on the fan to inflate. This costume is ideal for making a big impression at any fancy dress party.
