Deliveries

  • When will my order arrive? The delivery due date is available on the order confirmation email you recieve after paying for your order.
  We regret that items such as Helium Canisters, Party Poppers/Cannons and Hair Sprays cannot be shipped outside of the mainland UK, this is due to shipping restrictions that are beyond our control.

Payments

• • I'm not sure if my payment was successful? The status of your order can be checked at any time in My Account which gives you the option to pay for unpaid orders. Select the 'Order History' Tab and click on the 'Pay Online' button for your outstanding order.
• We currently accept the following methods of payment:
  • Credit and Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro)
  • PayPal
  • Google Checkout
  • Cheque This payment option is only available to Schools and other associations. Goods will be despatched after your cheque has cleared. Please allow 3 - 5 working days.

Returns

• If for any reason you wish to return an item or exchange or refund you can, providing we receive it within 15 days from the date of delivery in a resellable condition. Please note that Party Delights will not cover the cost of returning items unless faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.

Catalogue requests

• We're sorry, we do not currently have a catalogue due to our large product range of 13,000 items. We are unable to produce a catalogue that wouldn't be out of date as soon as it was printed! The best way to keep up to date on our new ranges and promotions is to 'Like' us on Facebook
