What sizes are the banners?
We offer two sizes of banner:
• 6ft x 2.5ft
• 10ft x 4ft

What are the banner prices?
We price our banners very competitively to help all budgets and don’t believe anyone in the market is offering outdoor quality designed banners on heavy duty banner material at prices as low as ours.
• 6ft x 2.5ft is £29.99 inclusive of VAT
• 10ft x 4ft is £59.99 inclusive of VAT.

What type of material is used?
We use a heavy weight banner canvas material of 440gsm. The material is manufactured specifically for banner use and is none tear and waterproof.

Can I hang my banner outdoor?
Absolutely YES, we have ensured materials and inks are totally waterproof to enable you to hang your banner indoor and outdoor.

How do I hang the banner?
All banners are fitted with Brass eyelets. There are 4 eyelets on the 6ft banner and 6 eyelets on the 10ft banner. You simply attach rope/string/cord and hang your banner up.

Are the banners waterproof?
Absolutely YES, we have ensured materials and inks are totally waterproof to enable you to hang your banner indoor and outdoor for months.

What is the print quality?
The print quality is the best you can get on a banner. We have invested in the latest printing technology (we have the 1st printer of its type in the UK) to ensure you receive a top quality product. All designs have been produced to allow infinite scaling so you never lose quality no matter how big we print.

Can I upload an image or photograph on the banner?
YES, we have designed all banners in a format to allow you to upload pictures/photographs. We do have a limit on upload size of 5MB per banner so please take that into consideration when uploading.

Can I email an image to you to put on a banner?
To enable us to produce banners at such a cost effective price we have automated the process of production. This, currently, does not allow us to accept images other than by the automatic upload process when buying the banner.

How will my uploaded picture fit the space?
Your picture is automatically scaled down by our software to fit the space provided on the banner.

Can I rescale or crop the size of my picture?
Your picture will appear exactly as you have uploaded it. Any cutting or cropping needs to be done before you upload the image. The image is automatically scaled to fit the space provided.

Will I see a Proof of the banner before I buy it?
Yes, all banners are proofed on line before you buy and will be printed EXACTLY as you see it. You can review your proof at anytime after you have ordered in the “My Account” area.

How soon can I receive a banner?
If you order before 1.00pm and pay for 24 hour delivery, you will receive your banner the next working day. Our normal delivery terms apply for banners, i.e. if you pay for 48 hour delivery you will receive it within 2 working days and if you pay for 3-5 days delivery you will receive it in that timescale.

What happens if I have made a mistake on the banner?
Unfortunately mistakes do happen even though you will be asked to “proof” your banner before confirming the order. If you have made an error please phone immediately and we will try to stop production. Unfortunately, if the banner has been printed we cannot offer a refund. We must stress that due to the automatic production of our banners we do not proof any banners for spelling errors before print.

Can I return my banner?
All banners go through a strict quality control procedure following printing to ensure that material and print quality is 100% satisfactory. If, however, you receive a banner that has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the banner in time for your party. When returning faulty/damaged banners please return via recorded delivery with a short note, quoting your order number, and explaining the problem.

Can I change the banner message font?
Yes, we have a choice of fonts in both Bold and standard format. All banners automatically default to the “Recommended” font chosen by our design team.

Are the banners stitched?
All our banners are cut with smooth flat edges straight from the roll. To keep costs to an affordable budget for all parties we do not stitch the edges of banners.

Do the banners have a border?
All banners have a small (approx 5mm) discreet white edging.

How can I clean my banner?
As all our banners are waterproof you can wipe the banners with warm water and soft cloth to clean and remove surface dust/grime. Please do not scrub the banners with harsh cleaning utensils or material such as scourers. You must not use any abrasive cleaning solutions such as bleach or Mr. Muscle etc.

Can I use an abrasive detergent on the banner i.e. bleach, Mr. Muscle etc?
No, abrasives will damage and remove the print.

How do I store my banner after use?
If you are looking to store your banner as a keepsake we recommend that you store the banner in the packing material provided and store in a cool, dry, frost free place. The banner should last for years.

Do you offer a design service?
Currently we only offer the designs that you see on the web site including exclusive designs only available from Party Delights Ltd.
