When will I recieve my Card?
Despite what delivery option you choose on checkout (provided you have other party items in your basket) ALL personalised cards will be sent separately via 1st class Royal Mail who strive to deliver a majority of their items next day. However, we advise leaving up to 3 working days for delivery to avoid any disappointment.

Cards are dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm.
Can I send the card straight to someone else?
Yes, when you've finished personalising your card if you select the 'Send to Recipient' option you can fill in their address and they'll receive the sealed card directly.
I'm having technical problems with the website
If an error arises or you’re having a problem using the site, please record as much information as possible and contact us either by email at customercare@partydelights.co.uk or call us on 0161 7761133.
The more information you can give us, the quicker we will be able to resolve the problem.

If you are experiencing problems with the Personalise Your Card application, please ensure you have the latest version of flash player (you can check here). If the problem persists please record some information about it and get in contact with us. All elements of our site are tested thoroughly but with the vast combination of software and hardware out there, on very rare occasions problems may occur.
How do I upload photos?
Some of our cards have the facility for uploading your own photos onto them. Once you have chosen a card and size to personalise you can upload images by selecting the Upload from Computer option on the right hand side of the card creator.
You will then be required to navigate to the image on you computer where you can select it to be uploaded to your library.

Once your photo appears in the library you can drag it onto your card. Once dragged onto the card extra controls will appear for positioning and adjusting your image.
My photo looks distorted or blurry
Its possible the image you uploaded is either too small or the image has been zoomed into too much! This can happen if you upload lower quality images from older phones or thumbnails.
Will I get an envelope?
Yes, If you order a personalised card back to yourself an open envelope will be included in your package. If you have chosen the Send to Recipient option, the card will be sealed and delivered.
I have a promo code, can I use it?
Of course! If you're lucky enough to have one of our discount codes you can enter this at checkout like normal.
I'd like to change/cancel my order
Once you've finished creating a card and added it to you basket, you cannot edit or change that card, you’ll have to remove it from your basket and create a new one. Once payment has been confirmed, our automated systems will print your card immediately and therefore it cannot be cancelled. There is a no refund policy for personalised products, please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
If I order a card, will the recipient know who sent it?
Unless you add something to in your message, nothing we print will identify the card is from you.
